We allow cancellations before items are shipped. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
You have 30 days from the date of parcel arrival to request a refund. After 30 days, you will not be eligible to refund your item(s).
Any returns are subject to the following conditions:

The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods were not used or damaged

(2) We will evaluate your issue and hope you will check your emails in the meantime, we may discuss this issue with you.
(3) After confirming the return, We will send your own return authorization (RMA) number and return address to you by email.
(4) The customer needs to send the package and its tracking number back to us within 7 calendar days.
(5) If Favvosee is responsible for shipping, we will refund shipping and payment to your original payment method.
(6) If you need an exchange, we will resend you a new item with a new tracking number.
